18 months old! I cannot believe it!

So Ava is now 18 months old and she is getting to be so much fun to play with and TALK to. Yes, she is talking pretty much in sentences now, so we can almost have a full conversation. She is finally over all of her sickness that she has had for 6 weeks, she had bronchitis for the 2nd time and then she ended up with a double ear infection. I took her to the doctor on May 19th and she weighs 23.9 lbs (she lost alot of weight while she was sick) and she 32 1/2 inches tall. She is in the 50th percentile for weight and 75th percentile for height. She is growing up so much! We finally decided to convert her bed from a crib to a "big girl bed" and of course I cried because she is growing up so fast. I included one of the pictures of her in her bed. Questions?

Since everyone has been asking about if I got the job as the Admin Asst I will update everyone here. I ended up not getting the job because they decided to keep the job in GA and they selected a candidate that accepted less pay. Which actually worked out very well for me because now my co-workers and manager have made a decision that I will be working M-F 7-4 and I am so ecstatic about it! I will be doing all the back office duties for the store. My new schedule starts on June 15 and I can't wait. Well, I am going to post some more pics of my little one for you all to enjoy!

Happy Mommy's Day!

Hope Everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day! Ava and I spent the first part of the day with my mom and family at their church in Ocala which are where the pictures are taken. Then after we got home we went to have dinner with 4est's whole family and we had a great time as well.

I got a wonderful gift from Forrest and Ava but everyone looks at me like Im crazy when I tell them what it is but I have wanted it for a long time! Im getting my windows tinted on my car! WooHoo!! So excited!

Again, Hope everyone had a great Mother's Day!! I know I enjoyed mine.

Housewarming Party

So we had our housewarming party on May 3 and we had such an awesome time with all of our family and friends that were able to come! We wish everyone that we had invited would have been able to come but we understand. We got so many wonderful gifts and were truly blessed by everyone! I will be posting some pictures soon, I have been so busy lately with work and Ava has been sick on and off for about 6 weeks now but hopefully we have that under control because apparently she has been trying to get a double ear infection for that 6 weeks and finally it hit her the day after our housewarming party and the doctor put her on a really strong antibiotic for 2 weeks and she is on her last week so she is feeling alot better now! Anyway, hopefully I can get some pics loaded onto my laptop tonight and get them posted of the housewarming party! Stay tuned.....

Family time!

Last weekend we had some family time with my side of the family for my cousins baby shower. My idiot self though forgot to get pictures of the happy couple the shower was actually for.
