This is going to be quite a long post......

because I am starting all the way back to Ava's 4th birthday party and go all the way up to the Christmas parade. I'll do my Christmas Eve and Christmas post when I do my New Year post :) This was becoming way too long and the kids are wanting my attention now! Hope you all don't get too bored!

So Ava turned 4 on Nov 3 and I absolutely cannot believe it. She will be starting school in January hopefully and I could not be more excited for her, she is so excited to go to school and meet lots of new friends. We had her birthday party on Nov 6 and all of our wonderful family and friends joined us for the celebration. Here are some things really just for my memory....she went for her 4 yr checkup and she is still in the 95th percentile for her height and her Dr. says she will still be taller than me at 7. She is in the 50th percentile for her weight. He said she is going to be a very tall thin girl more than likely but she is extremely healthy and that is all that matters to us. After Ava's birthday came Thanksgiving which Forrest and I hosted at our house for the first time this year! I absolutely loved having everyone over and cooking for everyone. I even got some surprises with my Aunt Lisa and Grandpa Hanson getting to come but my biggest surprise was when Kara called me and asked me what she should bring for Thanksgiving dinner because she was getting to come home for it! :) Never been so excited in my life. I have so many things to be Thankful for this year, I won't bore you with naming them all. Here are a few pictures from Thanksgiving day. I really wish we could make Thanksgiving an annual thing at our house, I loved it so much.

Next came December and all of the wonderful things that come with it. Like going to look at Christmas lights, spending time with family and all the anticipation of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I love everything about Christmas....it is by far my favorite Holiday. First up was taking the kids to see all of the lights at the Pond Lighting, this was our first year and they absolutely loved it.

Next came the Christmas parade in Ocala! Ava went 1 time when she was about 2 with my parents and Aidyn has never been to one. We went with my parents this time and we had so much fun, I'm not sure that Aidyn shut his mouth the whole time. He did alot of Ohhhh'ing and Ahhhhhh'ing. It was so cute. Pumpkin Patch 10/9/10

I took the kids to the Pumpkin Patch in Alachua with my mom and Aunt Lisa on Saturday before Forrest and I headed to the FL vs. LSU game. They had an absolute blast! We have never been able to go this early in the year before because of my job and having to work weekends so I decided this year since we were gonna go early since I have the weekends off and we did! :) We went on a hayride and picked out the perfect pumpkins and we will hopefully get them carved in the near future and I will post pics of that as well! Well, enjoy the pics....

My bestie Vanessa and her husband Matt brought my little "niece" Isabella over to visit us last Saturday before FL vs. Alabama game. My parents also came over and visited with us and them for a little while. Ava was so excited to see Izzy and finally get to meet her. Aidyn didn't know what to think about her, I was a little curious to see how he acted since he hasn't been around me and a baby at the same time. I wasn't sure how he would react to me holding another baby but since his big sister was such a baby hog, I only got to hold her for a few minutes before they left and he did really good. :) He just kept saying "baby." It was so cute!! Here are some pictures of all of them and then a new pic of Izzy and Me right before they left.

Labor Day Weekend & A Wedding!

So our Labor Day Weekend was packed with lots of stuff to do. Forrest and I went to the game on Saturday (UF vs Miami (OH) ) and we looked absolutely horrible!! That is one of the worst games I have been to since I Forrest and I got married and I inherited a season ticket :).

Then after the game we headed to St. Augustine for Weston and Julie's Wedding. Weston is Forrest's cousin and Forrest and both the kids were in the wedding. The kids had went with my inlaws on Friday to St. Augustine because they needed to be at the rehearsal at 3 and with us being at the game we couldn't make it. So they offered to take them for us and then we would drive there after the game to make it for the rehearsal dinner. Here are some pictures of that..

Then on Monday (actual Labor Day) we went over to my parents for a great cookout and some delicious food! I don't have any pictures from that day because I took my camera but completely forgot my memory card. :( Oh well, it was a wonderful day and so Thankful for my parents!! Love you guys!

Isabella Nikole!

So my best friend Vanessa and her husband welcomed little Isabella Nikole on Sunday, August 22, 2010! I am so proud that they have included me in their life as Izzy's Aunt Sara...hopefully I will be able to be in her life for a long time as I plan... :) She is the most adorable little girl (well besides my own). I love her so much already and can't wait til she knows me as Aunt Sara. Posting the only picture I have of her and I so far below. :)
